Returns Policy


Returning an Item


If an item is unsatisfactory and you wish to return it you have 14 days to do so. We will give a full refund on receipt of the item. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition complete with any packaging and labels. Please also ensure that care is taken when trying a product on.


It is not our policy to refund the postage on orders under £100 and you will be responsible for paying the postage on any returned items. The item will also be your responsibility until it is received back by us.


Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.


Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


Exchanging an Item


If you wish to exchange an item please complete the returns form enclosed with your order and return to us. On sale items you will be asked to provide the postage payment for the exchange to be sent out.


Faulty Item


If an item is faulty, please contact our sales@itsinyourjeans.co.uk with your name and details and whether you require an exchange or refund. Some items will need to be returned to the manufacturer to confirm that the item is faulty before an exchange or refund will be given.


Postage and Shipping


Orders will be dispatched if received before 4 p.m. The courier aims to deliver the next working day however in some cases please allow up to 3 - 4 working days. Our delivery service has the benefits of:

   • Online tracking


   • Signature on delivery


Shipping Abroad


If your postal code is not covered by our courier then your order will be sent by Royal Mail. Our Royal Mail service has the same benefits as our courier service. Please see above for details.


Please note that shipping costs will vary according to weight and distance in some instances.


Any import rates, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be checked by the customer prior to ordering.
