It’s in your jeans guarantees your full satisfaction in the goods you have ordered. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you may exercise your right to return any goods purchased within 14 working days from the date on which you received them from It’s in your jeans.
Conditions of Return
You will not be able to return any goods unless all the following conditions have been met:
1. All goods to be returned must be shipped back to It’s in your jeans within 14 working days from the date the goods were delivered to you.
2. The returned goods must be sent to It’s in your jeans in a single delivery. It’s in your jeans reserves the right not to accept returned goods belonging to a single order that are returned at different times or in separate packages;
3. The goods must be returned to It’s in your jeans in their original packaging;
4. The goods must not have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way; and
5. The Returns Form must be sent along with the goods.
You will be responsible for all costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us and under no circumstances will any of theses costs be refunded by It’s in your jeans.
If the returned goods cannot be accepted by It’s in your jeans for any reason, you will be notified of the reasons for this within 14 days of receipt by us of the returned goods. If the returned goods cannot be accepted by us you may choose to have the goods re-delivered to you at your own expense.
If you refuse the above delivery, It’s in your jeans reserves the right to retain the goods returned and all the sums paid for your purchase of the goods in full.
After It’s in your jeans has received the returned goods and checked that the goods comply with the above requirements, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail.
The refund procedure will start within 30 days from when It’s in your jeans has been notified of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased goods.
The time period for refunding the sums you paid for purchasing the goods depends on the terms of payment used:
Payment by credit/debit card - Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.
Payment by PayPal/Worldpay/SecPay - Refunds will be credited to your online account as soon as possible. However, the actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your online account depends on the credit card company that issued the card.
For the avoidance of doubt, refunds can only be made to the person who made the original payment for the goods and to that person’s credit card or their online account.
Exchanging an Item
If you wish to exchange an item please do so within 14 days by completing the returns form enclosed with your order and return to us.
You will be responsible for all costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us and also all costs incurred by It's In Your Jeans in shipping the new goods out. These are defined by the shipping terms from It's In Your Jeans. Under no circumstances will any of theses costs be refunded by It’s in your jeans.
We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Its in Your Jeans are not liable for the cost of returning the goods.
